These tender matured Sirloin Steaks are a product produced by our UK and Irish suppliers. These are primarily from grass fed beef and an excellent choice of steak due to their tasty, melt-in-the-mouth succulence. Although these are fully matured Steaks they are wet aged – a process that retains more juices thus giving us a more competitively priced steak to that of a premium Dry Aged equivalent. These are all hand selected to ensure a juicy, flavoursome steak no matter how you like it done (although we would recommend medium-rare to enjoy them at their absolute best!)
