Description
Segovian Cabrito Goat. Young milk fed Kid Goat haunches are an absolute delight. Slow cooked in curry spices these little beauties are a mountain of flavour with lovely soft meat that breaks down so well to produce the most flavoursome of dishes. The first time we tried Kid was in Kalamata, Greece… it was the most incredible slow cooked curry dish that had been traditionally cooked over fire all day, a meal never forgotten. These are small with probably enough to feed two+ per haunch depending how it’s served.
We’re so glad we found these and can’t wait to get cooking with them again soon..
