All “National” deliveries out-with the areas where we directly deliver to will also incur a delivery charge of £5.00 on all orders where the value is above the normal free delivery threshold of £75. All delivery charges to orders under the value of £75 will remain unchanged at this time.

When will my delivery arrive?
Your order will under normal circumstances be delivered on the date you specify, between the hours of 8am and 6pm. However, unforeseen issues do arise from time to time when using external courier services and you should be prepared for the rare event of a 24 hour delayed delivery. These issues are completely out with our control and rarely pose an issue with meat temperature unless very warm weather and more lengthy delays.
If you are not in, the driver will leave your order in a safe place (If you added this to your delivery instructions) and put a card through your door to let you know they’ve been. Should your order not arrive when you expect, or if you have any queries about your delivery, please contact our service team by email at orders@johndavidsons.com or call on 01467 621212 between 9.00am and 4.00pm, Monday to Friday, and we’ll do our best help you with your query.
