The bones are packed full of marrow which add to the flavour and naturally thicken your casseroles and stews.

Simply cook long and slow with some stock, red wine and vegetables of your choice for a deliciously tender, melt in the mouth beef casserole. Once you’ve got the texture right, try making your own pie… it’s different level material!
