Our recipe for Kiwi Pie involves taking tender chunks of Prime Beef Steak, cooked in thick, rich gravy and the finest mature Cheddar Cheese which is loaded into a delicious shortcrust pastry case and topping off with a light and crumbly puff pastry lid. And as if that wasn’t enough to tingle your tastebuds, we then sprinkle the pastry top with more mature cheddar before cooking. According to the bakers, this family size pie will feed up to 4 depending on portion size… hmmm!
