This is absolutely stunning pork in a class of its own. We’ve sold some of the finest Spanish Iberico pork for many many years and it never ceases to amaze me how tender and flavoursome it is. We’re just loving this product right now!

I’ve had the Collar, Secreto & Presa.
Cooked all three low & slow on a WSM, & each one tasted amazing.
The Collar is my favourite.
