Just Google “Galbi” the Korean cut Short Rib recipes for some super exciting and mouthwatering recipes. Oddly we’ve been cutting these for years when required but they never made it to the website till now! Cut at approximately 15mm thick these are beautifully tender and a real winner.

- Cut to approx 15mm slices from 4 x Bone Short Ribs selected for quality and suitability
- About 4-5 long slices per pack
- Look up that Korean Galbi dish you’ve seen so many times and thought “I want to try that”
- Blast frozen at their freshest condition, simple and quick to thaw
