First time trying Lorne Sausage . Was not sure whether to cook from frozen so defrosted first. 1 teaspoon of oil and fryied on flat griddle pan which gave it a real nice crisp ‘shell’ on either side. Refrained from additional salt & pepper and in fairness it did not need any further flavouring . A nice, very firm texture and on its own, very tasty. I know its a ‘Scottish Breakfast ‘ ingredient but beef for brekkie .. not sure , it will for me make a great lunch / tea time ingredient and maybe the BBQ . Now, if there was the equivalent made from pork .. then we have a breakfast ingrediant 🙂
