Description
Pork Collar Steaks are are taken from the Collar, the central muscle group of the Pork Shoulder. The muscles have lovely marbling which gives the steak succulence, flavour and super texture. The Collar Steaks are cut quite thick and ideal for grilling but can be equally as good used in slow cook dishes. This is a very versatile cut that’s been widely documented numerous times this year as the “IN” Cut of the moment.

Packed two large steaks per pack, we would normally pack them in singly but find they’re so good – one just isn’t enough!

These are stunning – lovely flavour and very tender. Marked down as it would have been nice for the 2 steaks to be more evenly sized, one much bigger than the other. Will not stop us ordering more.
