This is prime Angus beef that’s been naturally fed on a diet of grass and supplemented with draff, the spent grains leftover after the fermentation of one of the worlds most iconic stout beers. The pairing of heritage beef and rich fodder makes for some beautiful results. Only after weeks of dry ageing and careful handling do we cut and pack this beef in its prime condition ready to be shipped out across the country.
