What a product! Having grilled a couple of these over flames, the crispy caramelised edges just blow me away every time. This has to be the best I’ve ever cooked – absolutely delicious in every way.

The Shoulders are very small and have the Bone in so we’ve got these packed two per pack – well, to be fair – one’s just never enough!
