Sea Bream Fillet

Description

Processed at their freshest, these lovely Sea Bream are a fantastic fish not unlike a Sea Bass. Usually these fish would be cooked whole and we’ll look to introduce them soon. However, for the time being and since we filleted all these “by mistake”, we will stick to these tasty fillets for now. The Bream has soft textured crisp white flesh and with the skin left on which is great when salted and crisped up.

Information

The Bream are all packed in single fillets for easy handling and storage. Blast frozen at their freshest and super easy to thaw. You can now enjoy fresh fish any day of the week.
