Hot smoked Brisket and Jalapeno Pie. It’s a bit of a labour of love with the Brisket being deep smoked overnight till perfectly tender which is then chopped and pulled before adding back in the cooking juices and Jalapenos. Flavoured with a professional Barbecue blend of spices and sauce including Mocha coffee and Espresso Bourbon for the hit.

These are very deep filled pies with the short crust pastry base being within a foil dish that helps keep it all together when cooking. Topped off with a light puff pastry lid finishes off this beautiful pie. This really is a proper meaty pie, loaded with tender, juicy brisket that will leave you in awe.

This is a lovely pie, matched with seasoned fries or mustard mash, pit-beans, pickles and slaw.. served with a cold beer, of course! Happy Days

Cooking Tips

For best results these pies should be thawed overnight in the fridge and either Oven baked at 170ºC for approx 30 minutes or heated thoroughly in an air-fryer works beautifully. Just be sure to heat your pie to the minimum core temperature of 85ºC before consumption.
