These matured Sirloin Steaks are specially selected for their leanness. They’re an excellent choice of steak for the health conscious. Being very low in fat for what the cut is and with having all the back fat removed you can still enjoy a juicy, flavoursome steak no matter how you like it done (although we would recommend medium-rare to enjoy this steak at its absolute best!)
