Description
Similar to Silverside roast which is traditionally favoured by many, we’ve taken this Topside Roast and matured it to perfection. Dry Aged to allow the wonderful deep flavours of this great value for money roast to develop.
We would recommend resting this roast for at least half an hour after cooking and then slicing really thinly to enjoy the great tenderness of this lean joint.
